Making the decision to change your life for the better, whether it's towards a pre/post-holiday fitness goal, self-care/self-love, an attempt at entrepreneurship or a different career is admirable, but only the first step in a long journey. If you can just push yourself especially on the days you don’t feel like it you will feel even more accomplished at the end of the day. I mean who doesn’t like to feel accomplished right? Mind over matter they say right? Set alarms to keep yourself on track, journal and/or Use your planner daily to stay focused.
