No more feeling overwhelmed!

Feeling overwhelmed? I would suggest taking some time to journal and express exactly how you’re feeling and then think of some things you can eliminate or ask for help with and write them down. Prioritization is key so be sure  to list everything you have to do on paper or in tour journal and then write a # by each based on importance  in order to prioritize . Once you’ve done that tackle one by one but pace yourself by setting reasonable expectations & timeframes and then check them off one by one to give yourself a sense of accomplishment. I also suggest walking or some type of exercise as it will clear your mind of all your stressors. Endorphins make you happy and you will have more energy. Try Replacing some of your snacks with healthier choices so if you feel the need to eat it’s a healthier option.
