Selfcare during quarantine
Are you practicing social distancing and quarantine? During this time is so important to make sure you are taking care of yourself mentally as well as physically. I suggest making sure you are getting in at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily. A quick walk in your neighborhood, treadmill or just in your house somehow. You can even find cardio videos on YouTube. Also be sure you are reading, reflecting, writing down all your cares and concerns. It’s so important to offload those thoughts as it has a way of relieving pressure, stress and putting your mind at ease so you rest better. Self-Care is so important and I trust you are relaxing, journaling and putting YOU first.
